Raina Rempel

Raina adds a wealth of mixed martial arts experience to our team, backed by an already impressive competitive record. A currently active competitor and BJJ blue belt, she holds a Muay Thai record of 1-0 in amateur fights, a record of 20-2 in BJJ fights, and remains undefeated in superfight matches (3-0). She also holds experience in judo competitions, with a record of 2-0. As an instructor, Raina is dedicated to fostering the growth of both technical skill and competitive spirit among students, ensuring they thrive both on and off the mats. Raina teaches our Womens Jiu Jitsu class and assists with kids and adult classes as needed.
